The OST is an innovative university that strengthens Eastern Switzerland with future-oriented impulses and makes a significant contribution to the economic and social development of the region. The offer currently includes 22 different courses in bachelor's and master's courses as well as further training. At the high-tech campus Buchs The bachelor's degree in mechatronics is offered. This course teaches the skills that are needed in a world of ever-faster technical change. The focus is on deepening the areas of mechanical, electronic and data engineering, which can be supplemented by future topics from the areas of advanced manufacturing, modern sensor technologies and sustainability.
