The Hightech Campus association Buchs was created last year to promote the education, research, innovation and business location Buchs founded. In the first year of the association, several cooperation projects were supported and promoted.

 

The Hightech Campus association held its first regular meeting Buchs at the pepperMINT experimental laboratory in Vaduz. On a tour of the premises, the club members were able to look over the shoulders of children and young people as they were introduced to the topics of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology in a playful way. Smartfield and ICT Scouts/Campus location opens

The new smart field location in the bzbs will be presented to the general public at an opening event next Saturday, March 23rd, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The unique place for learning and experimentation can be discovered on the open day. In the future, curious and technology-loving students from the region will be able to program and experiment with their own hands.

Achieve a positive impact together

One of the main tasks of the Hightech Campus association Buchs is to present the services and offers of the various cooperation partners such as the International School Rheintal, the bzbs, the OST Ostschweizer Fachhochschule, RhySearch, the Switzerland Innovation Park East, the city Buchs and the smart field to network, coordinate, make better known and strengthen their impact. A small step in this context was the renaming of the bus stop on Langäulistrasse to “Hightech Campus”.
